What is PLR? Private Label Rights articles is a term you're seeing moreof on the web today. Sometimes you see someone selling a full information product or software with private label rights. There are usually some limitations and ground rules to be followed. A good publisher will focus in articles on an topic that can be used as web content, blog posts, an ecourse, or to create a small report or ebook -- just to give you a few ideas. A Private Label Rights Article has been written by a ghostwriter and is marketed, usually in a package of similar articles, to a limited number of people. The person who buys the private label rights article now has full rights to use it as she wishes - with two notable exceptions. Don'ts Exception #1 - You can't sell it as PLR content to someone else. (That wouldn't be nice!) Exceptions #2 - You can't stick your name on it and submit it unchanged to a free reprint article directory. (That would be against the directory's terms of service.) Do's You CAN do lots of other wonderful things with the articles. Post the article as a supporting resource. ===> Press Release Content Take snippets of the articles and use it to add meat to your press release and give the media something to use.
